What it is

Krillion Unlimited is a free browser trivia game inspired by the daily rare-answer quiz Krillion. Every prompt has many correct answers, and the rarer the answer, the more points it scores. It offers endless prompts, past daily prompts, themed modes, and a reverse mode.

How to play

Read the prompt and type an answer that fits the category. You have 25 seconds per prompt and three lives; giving an obvious answer or no answer costs a life. Accepted answers are checked against the full list for that prompt, with small typos and plurals forgiven.

Tips

• Avoid the most obvious answer if you can think of a valid but rarer one, since rarer answers score more.
• Don't leave the answer box empty; a missing answer costs a life.
• If your first guess is too common, keep guessing to try to beat your best answer.
• Use the themed modes to play categories you know well, such as Geography or Music.
• Remember that small typos and plurals are forgiven, so it's worth trying a partly remembered answer.
