How to play

Use the ladle to pour batter into the pan, then grab the handle and tilt the pan so the batter spreads into a thin round crepe. Once it is cooked, flip it with your finger, add fillings, and follow the dotted guides to fold the crepe into a fan shape. Keep an eye on the browning level, because burning it too long turns it black.

Tips

• Tilt the pan slowly and steadily to get an even, round crepe without thick spots.
• Watch the browning indicator and flip when the color looks right, not when it gets too dark.
• Place cream inside the dotted V so it stays centered when you fold.
• Use the red dotted lines as guides to fold both sides into a neat fan shape.
• Rotate and zoom with your fingers to check the crepe from different angles before finishing.
