The red army has pitched its tents all around your walls. Man the bastion!
Tiny Bastion is a cozy pixel-art tower defence incremental. Your castle shoots on its own – you spend the gold from every fallen enemy on upgrades, build towers and watch the waves grow. When the castle finally falls, you earn crowns for lasting skills in the skill tree, so every defence goes further than the last.

Editor takes

“The crown grind keeps runs moving, but once enemy scaling goes exponential the upgrade pacing turns into waiting for the same wave 50 wall.”

“Clear rules and a tidy skill tree, though the arrow rain ability feels like a dud and the random freeze on the upgrade screen undermines the fairness.”

“Impressive scope for a jam-sized project: pixel charm, 18 upgrades, three towers and a wave-50 twist, but the occasional stutter and rough browser build show its in-dev edges.”

“Three tower types and a five-branch skill tree create some build variety, but the one-meadow layout and same waves make each defence blur into the last.”
How to play
Let the castle and your towers handle the fighting while you buy upgrades between waves. Build archer, cannon, and frost towers, and use arrow rain or wall repair when enemies get too close. After a defeat, spend crowns on lasting skills and try again.
Tips
- Invest early in loot and interest upgrades so gold income keeps up with stronger waves.
- Frost towers slow enemies, giving archers and the cannon more time to deal damage.
- Use the cannon against dense groups and keep archers as steady general damage.
- Save the wall repair ability for moments when the castle is about to fall.
- Expect defeat now and then: spend crowns in the skill tree to make every run last longer.
