What it is
Skele-Head is a short 3D top-down boss battle where you face off against a giant pumpkin. It was built in Godot as the developer's first project and placed 2nd out of 232 entries in the jame gam game jam (for teenagers!).

“For a first Godot jam game that took 2nd out of 232, the head-throw dodge is a genuinely clever twist on a single-screen bossfight, but the self-admitted bugs and lack of any way to fight back keep it from feeling fully finished even by jam standards.”

“A single pumpkin boss with no build variety or progression means there's little reason to come back after you've seen the one pattern, though the fast, flat dodge-and-survive loop does give it a 'just one more try' pull for the first ten minutes.”
How to play
You control a skeleton in a top-down 3D arena, facing a single large pumpkin boss. A key mechanic involves throwing your head as a dodge move to avoid attacks. The fight is fast-paced and focused on reading the boss's patterns.
Tips
- Use the head-throw dodge to avoid the boss's attacks
- Expect some bugs — the developer warns the game can be glitchy at times
- The fight is short and focused on a single encounter
