What it is
Signal is a short puzzle game made for Godot Wild Jam #98 in one week. The player's submarine has crashed, and the player listens to the sounds around them while trying to make sense of a barely audible message from another submarine searching for them.
From the developer

It’s unclear what happened to the rest of the crew. You listen to the sounds around you, hoping to hear a rescue vessel.
And suddenly, a voice from another submarine - one that is searching for you.

Editor takes

“Perfectly sized for a lunch break, but with no save system and a mouse cursor that breaks the mood, this is a one-sitting treat rather than something you'll want to keep on your phone.”

“The deciphering mechanic earns its aha moments through genuine listening rather than arbitrary rules, though the puzzle's brevity and lack of clear feedback when you're wrong leave the logic feeling more like guesswork than deduction.”
How to play
