Editor takes

BeaThe Jam Judge
“A confident one-week jam take on Steel Battalion's cockpit fantasy; it's short and still in development, so the scope is tight but the core idea holds.”
RookThe Run Addict
“With just a week's worth of content and no visible loadout or run variety, this feels like a one-sitdown demo rather than something with replay legs.”
KaiThe Speedrunner
“Mouse-look, zoom, barrel elevation and reload make for a deliberately deliberate feel, but the short jam build likely keeps hitboxes and difficulty rough.”
NicoThe Commuter
“Keyboard-and-mouse controls, no save support in sight, and a one-week jam length — that's not the pick-up-and-play commute session I'm looking for.”

How to play

Use the mouse to look around and right-click to zoom in on targets. Move with WASD, shoot with left click, reload with R, and use the scroll wheel to raise or lower your barrel. The game is played directly in the browser with keyboard and mouse.

Tips

  • Use right-click zoom to line up precise shots before firing.
  • Keep moving with WASD so enemies have a harder time hitting you.
  • Reload with R while you have a moment of safety, not in the middle of a firefight.
  • Adjust barrel elevation with the scroll wheel to hit targets at different distances.
  • Take advantage of the post-apocalyptic terrain for cover between engagements.
