What it is
Last Flag Standing is a turn-based strategy dice game set on a map of 196 real countries. You pick a country and attack neighbors, rolling dice to win their land and spread your flag. It is based on the Last Flag Standing map battle series and is currently in development.

Pick your country and roll the dice against your neighbors. Win and you take their land, and your flag spreads across the map. How many countries can you conquer before you fall?
🎲 3 dice × your power. Power grows with your population (conquered people count) and your win streak.
❤️ 3 lives. Lose a fight and you lose a heart, but you keep your land.

How to play
Pick your starting country and choose neighboring territories to fight. Each battle rolls three dice modified by your power, which grows with your population and win streak. Lose a fight and you lose a heart, but your conquered land stays yours.
Tips
- Attack weaker neighbors early to build a win streak and grow your power.
- Ranks give extra hearts and power, so push for rank-ups when you can.
- If you're a tiny country, use your red rally die to improve your odds.
- Don't risk your last heart on a low-odds fight unless the reward is worth it.
- Keep an eye on the leaderboard if you want to compare your runs with others.
