What it is
オムライスシミュレーター is a small browser game about making a Japanese omelette rice dish. You pour egg into a pan, stir and fold it into an omelette, transfer it to chicken rice, and slice it open.
From the developer
In the developer’s own words, from yorimichi-games.com.
卵を混ぜて折り、フライパンを振ってオムレツに。チキンライスに載せて切り開こう。
Editor takes
“A neat one-shot physics loop with no score, timer, or upgrade path — once you've nailed the fold, there's nothing left to grind.”
“Same egg, same rice, same routine every run — charming for a minute, but with no variation or unlockable twists, it's a one-trick pan.”
How to play
Tap to pour the egg, then trace with the chopsticks to mix it. Stop mixing and wait for the bottom to set, then use the spatula to fold the egg from back to front. Flick downward to flip and roll the omelette, confirm when the seam is underneath, and place it on the rice to cut.
Tips
- Turn the heat down once the bottom of the egg starts to set.
- Don't stir for too long; let the bottom firm up before folding.
- Fold from the far side toward you with the spatula.
- Make sure the rolled edge or seam is at the bottom before pressing complete.
- Flick downward to shake the pan and roll the omelette smoothly.
