MK Trilogy HD is a fan-made HD remaster of the classic 90s fighting game Mortal Kombat Trilogy. It reworks the original with high-definition character sprites, enhanced visuals and refined animations while keeping the iconic style and brutal kombat. The project is in development and available as a free public beta for Windows, Linux and Android.

How to play
Players select a classic fighter and battle opponents using normal attacks, special moves and finishing moves. Controls follow traditional 2D fighting-game conventions, with exact button mappings provided in the beta build. Matches progress through the roster in the usual arcade fighting format.
Tips
- Learn each character's special moves and practice their inputs before facing tougher opponents.
- Use projectiles and spacing to keep opponents at a comfortable distance.
- Block and punish instead of mashing attacks, especially against aggressive AI.
- Master at least one finisher for each character you plan to use.
- Watch for openings after an opponent whiffs a special move.
