Editor takes
“The clean, high-contrast palette and snappy motion reads like a love letter to 90s CD-ROM marble racers, but the current playtest gives you little reason to linger on its visuals when the floor is actively trying to kill you.”
“The moment-to-moment control feels tight and responsive with solid wall-jump and dash timing, but the lack of a level select in the current build makes grinding for Diamond rank a frustrating trial-and-error loop.”
“For a free playtest, it's a surprisingly polished package that nails its core hook of 'floor is the enemy' with a clear roadmap, though the single Marathon mode and short session length show its jam-sized scope.”
“The time-attack Marathon mode is a great one-more-run hook with endless room for optimization, but right now there's only one way to play and no build variety to keep runs feeling fresh.”
How to play
You play as a marble navigating tracks at high speed, using wall-jumps, floor-surfs, air-dashes, teleports, and momentum redirects to keep moving. The current playtest includes Marathon mode, where you complete a group of levels as fast as possible. A Diamond rank is awarded for near-flawless time-attack runs, so every bounce and landing matters.
Tips
- The floor is the enemy — treat every surface as a potential hazard rather than a safe landing.
- Chain movement abilities together to build speed; the game rewards momentum over cautious play.
- Short sessions are the norm, so focus on learning one track at a time before attempting a full Marathon run.
- If you're aiming for Diamond, replay individual levels to memorize layouts and perfect your timing.
